Q. Is insurance included in the rental cost?
A. Yes, insurance is always factored into the price you see.
Q. Do we charge for mileage?
A. No, we do not charge for the mileage driven during rental.
Q. What are the criteria required to be permitted to drive one of your hire vehicles?
A. Group A & B: 21 to 70 years of age. Group C & mini bus: 25 to 70 years of age +* class D1 on your driving licence. *mini bus only. Transit vans: 21 to 70 years of age. 7.5 ton: 25 to 70 years of age + class C1 on your driving licence.
Q. How much deposit do I have to leave?
A. Our deposit for cars, Transit and Luton vans is £500 and for our 7.5 ton lorries a £800 deposit is required.
Q. Do hire vehicles need to be re-fuelled before return?
A. Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel, as logged on the hire agreement at the start of the hire period.
Q. What are the driving licence requirements?
A. Drivers must produce a full valid licence that they have held for at least two years, also in order for us to check whether you have any endorsements, your national insurance number is required.
Q. Do you offer a delivery/collection service?
A. No delivery/collection service available.
Q. Do you allow your vehicles to be taken out of the UK?
A. Yes, however you will need to telephone our office for a quote.
